Common questions about keeping your site maintained and secure.
Backups, privacy policy and service updates, monthly performance reports, and edits to your site. The number of hours depends on which plan you choose. Hosting stays on your own Webflow or Shopify account, billed directly to you, so you're never locked in.
Site Management covers the essentials: backups, monitoring, and up to 1 hour of edits a month. Growth is built for sites that are actively changing. It includes up to 3 hours of edits, new pages or product additions, updates to outside integrations, and seasonal content updates.
Extra hours are billed at $60/hr, compared to the standard $75/hr rate. If you're consistently going over, it usually makes more sense to move up to the Growth tier, which includes 3 hours a month. Either way, I'll always check in before going over so there are no surprises on your end.
You keep your own Webflow or Shopify account and billing, directly in your name, so you always have full, independent ownership and control of your site. The plan covers the management and edits on top of that, not the platform subscription itself.
A quick traffic snapshot, any issues that were flagged and resolved that month, and a summary of the edits and updates completed.
I monitor uptime, security, and performance on an ongoing basis. If something needs attention, I'll flag it and handle it. You'll hear from me, not your customers.
Whatever I manage on your behalf (hosting credentials, domain access, or files) gets transferred to you when you leave. If your site is already on a platform you own outright, like Webflow or Shopify, that account is yours regardless. Nothing on my end locks you in.
