FAQs

Common questions about keeping your site maintained and secure.

Hosting, backups, and up to 1 hour of site edits per month. That covers things like text changes, image swaps, adding a new team member, updating business hours, or form tweaks — anything that would normally require you to log in and figure it out yourself.

Extra hours are billed at $60/hr — compared to the standard $75/hr rate. I'll always check in before going over so there are no surprises on your end.

I monitor uptime, security, and performance on an ongoing basis. If something needs attention, I'll flag it and handle it. You'll hear from me — not your customers.

Whatever I manage on your behalf — hosting credentials, domain access, or files — gets transferred to you when you leave. If your site is already on a platform you own outright, like Webflow or Shopify, that account is yours regardless. Nothing on my end creates a lock-in.
