No. I offer a full website + automation package, or automation only if you already have a site. Either way, the booking and access flow works the same — your customers book online, pay instantly, and receive a unique PIN for their session.
Automation-only projects are typically live in 2–3 weeks. Full website + automation runs 4–6 weeks. Timeline depends on how quickly your smart lock arrives, your Acuity account setup, and feedback rounds. I give you a clear schedule before we start.
I build exclusively around Acuity Scheduling. It handles online booking, payment collection, and client notifications — and it connects directly to Zapier, which is what triggers the PIN generation through the Seam API. It's what I know best and trust most for this stack.
I currently work with Schlage, Yale, and Igloohome — all Seam API-compatible locks that work well for studio rental setups. The right choice depends on your space and budget, and I'll help you narrow it down before we start. If you already have a compatible lock installed, we can work with that too.
